I've never tried leaving corn that cold until summer, I always warm mine up in the spring and try to maintain the grain temp within 10-15 degrees of the outside air temps. Don't you guys have trouble with walls sweating and corn sticking to them from the temp difference? I've always been scared to freeze it on that account.
