Good point about lack of "infrastructure." People in high places are aware of this and hopefully will solve the problem.
An additional plus about ethanol is once the cellulosic version becomes economical the product (switchgrass, corn stover, etc.) to make the cellulose derived ethanol still has to come from the farmers. I read the cellulose derived ethanol is several years away and so would appear, therefore, that corn derived ethanol will be with us for next several years. Wild guess--8-10 years.
On the other hand........how could you go wrong selling the farm at today's prices? I now have land to sell and I know I am a very lucky guy to have things develop as they have in recent years !
