| The thing that is starting to concern me is the proliferation of livestock in this part of the world. They are throwimg up 4000 head hog houses everywhere. As these become profitable after being paid off, how much does that skew the land market. Lots of spendable cash, the need for manure land could really skyrocket ground.
They are already seeing this in Jay county as ohio livestock farmers are coming across the state line and buying land. I saw a report of an auction for land in Jay county last week and the price was, as i remember, well over 5k/acre.
Where will it end????????
