DeKalb, IL | As difficult as it is to show a consistent yield advantage of 20 inch over 30 inch corn (some producers can 'always' get one, some can 'never' get one), I seriously doubt that you can measure a difference between 20- and 22-inch corn. If you're going to go to a narrow width, the availability and cost of the equipment involved would outweigh any yield difference between these two row widths. | |
