Which way of Castroville are you? Is Schlotsky (sp??maybe Shotsky?)still alive? Right there on the hwy going to SA is where he lived and farmed. I think they built the new school on his land or right behind his land maybe.
How was the corn crop this year?
My fil use to be a Asgrow seed rep in that area. That's how I met a lot of farmers there.
