Driftless SW Wisconsin | Basically be careful not to sell more for next year than you are 99.9 percent sure you will harvest, even in a drought. If next years harvest looks good you can sell more next summer/early fall or even at harvest. In your area Paul maybe 50 percent is reasonable? I still like the approach of regular smaller sales no matter what - again modify qty late next season as crop develops. jmho. Jim at Dawn | |
