It would be interesting if there were a ruling from the Federal Court at Kansas City, ( if there is one there ) that found no problem with RR alfalfa and ruled that it could be planted and harvested with absolutely no restrictions, as it is with corn, & cotton. Possibly have a race between different Federal Jurisdictions to approve of RR alfalfa.

 Makes no difference for me as, after this wet season, I will not plant any alfalfa that is not a good strong HR PRR and at least R Aph resistance.  Irregardlessly
