| I have an EZ Guide 500 with ez-steer setup in a JD 8130 that's using WAAS for correction. The tractor is setup for autotrac (JD promotion) and I was wondering what was necessary so I didn't have to use the ez-steer. I find that ez-steer motor setup on the JD 20 and 30 series sucks and would like to take advantage of the autotrac ready feature. I'm assuming I need some trimble stuff like the auto pilot box (price??) so that the EZ Guide 500 can send info to it and in turn steer the tractor?? What is also needed to upgrade from WAAS to Omni XP/HP or even RTK. Just looking for some solutions...maybe mojoRTK is the simplest and cheapest in the long run.
