Hi FarmerTom,
There is a good book, I am told, called "Weed Control without Poisons". You want to talk to Greg Patterson, @ A & L Labs in London, Ontario. Call (519) 457-2575, he'll know exactly where to get it. There is also a new book out called "Mineral Nutrition and Plant Diseases" that you can get by calling 1-877 CROPLAN, or off our website www.agritrend.com and click on Tool Shed. Greg Patterson has DVD sets in which he is talking fertility, etc. The nice thing about those is that is you are a slow learner like me, you can rewind the CD & have him repeat it as many times as you want. He refers to fertility and weed control in there.
