| Tom, I would think that some of the more in depth organic books would also include some reference to "reading" the soil and conditions. This has been of great interest to us as well for many years. However we found that we have far too much influence on "input??" factors that we really have'nt pursued it very far. Let me ask a couple of the people that we refer to and see what they suggest as well. One is a berry farmer that does raise organic berries, and the other is a well educated agronimist that we count on for a lot of just this sort of info. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. | |
