 They felt that the farmers were getting in little too early so the sprayer would have clearance.

OK...what's the CORRECT answer on application timing? And, where do you find that authoratative information? Certainly not in the existing Headline label. Maybe only thru some hand-me-down, but we're only hearing the ones quoted now that recommended spraying later.

So-how did SOME people know the RIGHT timing of application? What IS too early & why?

Also, like a few others here, I'll say that spraying earlier than tasseling does NOT assure a damage problem. Nor does spraying w/a highboy. Not sure about the JD thing. That might be an expensive statement for someone.
