It is horseradish.

That picture was taken this spring before the tops really got rank. Some of the fields we leave 2 years before harvest can get leaves waist high. As neat as all of those huge leaves look, it doesn't really dictate anything about the crop. Sometime yield is good with small tops, at times it is good with huge tops or visa versa.
