Twin row really sucks to combine when it is down or goosenecked. Even when it's not down we've lost a lot of ears with twin row corn cuz the corn plants don't come down the center of the snapping rolls they hit the snoots first and tend to bounce off regardless of speed, but especially when the corn was stressed which seems to be every year.
