You just hit the nail on the head young man, my problem too, always!

The only decent cover crops I see are after wheat north of here where they don't double crop.

This probably why old cereal rye is still number one but I only like it ahead of a legume and kill it early!

My radish are still alive but they don't look too happy. When the ground freezes, they are history.
