| You probably need a GOOD lawyer,(if there is such) to read what is written into the contract in legal terms. I would bet they pretty well cover their behinds, however your state laws may be in your favor since they received the popcorn without testing. Can they prove that it is identity preserved, and that it is definitely your corn that is being sampled? Again, make sure you have a knowledgeable lawyer. | |
