39.48, -82.98 | I know someone who traveled far north in Alaska and talked to a farmer who grew grass for seed. He stored the seed in hopper-bottom bins in a metal building. Someone asked about mice getting into it. He explained that a mouse couldn't run from one side of the building to the other without freezing to death at 60 below. Don't know whether that is degrees F or C -- not that it matters much!
