NE Mo | I think you are correct in your thinking Jake. But the politically correct justification for erosion is what the technician told you. ( B S we think) But that is the way it is, and not much if anything we can do about it. Vote the rascals out, well we can try.
One thing more frustrating, is the rules from county to county will differ. Cannot argue with them either. There was one in a nearby county that was literally beaten by farmers. He must have been waaaay out there. He got promoted, and the farmers in that county no longer have to deal with him on a day to day basis.
