Im a full time farmer at 59.667 N in Sweden , here we grow winterwheat and wintercanola, some try a littel corn with no big luck! In Sweden there are some cereal farms up to 65 N and grass farms up to artic circle ! In Norway there are some farms up to 70 N , but there are with some help from gulfstreams!
