You might check out a new product called Impact. It is safe enough for sweet corn and is labeled or both grass and broadleaf. I had some fields reprayed because of of poor control of morningglory and it seems to be smoking everything it hit. The corn shows no response at all to the chemical. It can be used at any height, and my corn was tall enough that drops were required.
