Local processor is bidding $3.97 for Oct '08 which is -25ยข below CBOT on the overnight. Local elevator was $3.91 on todays close. My guess is agdiesel's $4.23 is futures price
Local elevator got to $4.05 for Oct/Nov '08 last week before prices started dropping.
