| You are exactly right, not your problem the product got paid for and not ordered/delivered. I would go in there kicking and screaming if it was me. I would also alert anyone else who does business with them of the situation. From my past experience, you can't get far enough away from those kind of business dealings. Getting on the same page with your dealers is what I try to do every fall. Let them know what I want, where and when and let them worry about getting it to you.
