Subject: Bill , why work the ground ?

Bardstown,KY
Did you put a high rate of lime on or were you woried about the compaction. I have been putting on 2 tons at a time and running the aerway behind it. I have some rented ground that called for 4.5 tons , I put 2 ton on before planting and when we get the next window i'm going for 2 more. Do you have access to good lime up there . Our quarry has poor lime so I have mine hauled in from around 40 miles away dumped in a pile and I spread with a spreader I put together. Anything going on at owenboro this winter that you will be attending similar to the (capture day) ,maybe we might get to talk again. Todd
