The mojo base unit doesn't have to be a clear line of sight, mine did work though trees and buildings and even a little hill that I am sure was higher than the tractor but I was with in a mile of the base unit. I think the farther away the radio would be effected easier. If Ziegler ever get my cat running again I might have to take a drive and see how far I can pick up the base station. Maybe try a couple of different mounting places like the top of a grain bin. | |
