USA | Had a fellow call me late this afternoon. He had been to Rural King and bought a shuttle of Glyphosate. He was told they were going to raise their Glyphosate price $10 per gallon tomorrow. That would put them at $30 for Glyphosate if what he was told is true. Kind of hard to believe they would take that type of jump in one shot.
I will say this , in talking to several people I deal with, and how hard it is to buy Glyphosate at this time, wouldn't be surprized if some that own Glyphosate will simply drop out of the market for now and let the market run up before they decide to sell. If you can't get the volume to sell, the only other option is to increase the margin on what you own.
This Glyphosate market is going to get nasty, a feeding frenzy is about to begin on what little supply is available to buy.
