Not in southern Ohio. I had ice and 4 inches of snow on beautiful corn the last weekend in May 2005. It hurt my sweetcorn but the corn and soybeans cranked.

When the soil is right, plant it. The seed treatments today are amazing. If I am not finished by May 5 now I feel bad. I used to start that date or late.

Technology has changed.

And yes, this is notill.
