Never did it or looked into it. My concern is I read in magazines that it puts you in a different bracket of liability,, insurance wise, and real world wise. BE SURE to thourghly check this out for YOUR locale. Think it makes you responsible for MANY more things!!! AND lawyers can think of thousands of things you SHOULD have thought about,,,after the fact!!
