That system will get you the best quallity and highest test weight corn. We started with a system like that in a 5000 bu bin. It needed 2 days to fill if the corn was 30% which was OK because we had a 2 row Uni. sheller. When we went to a Massey 760 it was way too small. We would fill it by noon and spend 2 days getting the stirers to work. Went with a continuious flow dryer and am happy.

I feel you will be lucky to get half of what they say the system will do. Remember we are in the east and a 60-70% RH day if the fall is a dry day.

Our MC 975 puts out half of what MC says it should do, until the corn gets to 20%. Some years corn never gets that low. We always start at 30%.
