| Retired farmers are my worst landlords and are always the first ones to raise the rent and most times want it up front.
Even though they are removed from all operational aspects, they still like to have influence over how it is to be farmed rather than going on vacation with the money they got up front and forgetting about the farm. I have one who always comes around saying things like "the way I use to do it;" "you might try this;" "you shouldn't do it that way, you should do it this way;" "and my favorite of all time "I did it better." | |
