| I have a 1990 model 9400 that is the same way. These trucks need to blow about twice the amount of air that they do. It doesnt help that the air intake is in a hole that is lower than the floor level of the cab. Anything in the floor will get sucked into the intake grate. I take the passenger seat out about once a year to access the fan and evaporator or condensor (cant remember which one is in there.) and give everything a good cleaning. When its hot the AC is ok as long as you dont shut the truck off. If you do and the truck heats up from sitting in the sun it will take about 30 mins. to cool back off. | |
