south Texas , York Rife Freemason
yep ,i have seen it all too ,had one landlord that was a rich older fellow ,and a constant pain in the @ss . i told him i was not intrested in the land anymore . i quit farming it ,he was in danger of losing his AG. tax exemption . he called me ,his lawer called me ,and his real estate agent called too trying to get me to rent the land ,they called my wife a dozen times or more .i refused them every time in a polite way .the land was hard to get to with machinery .i had enough of the landlord and his crap ,they lost their ag tax exemption and i got the last laugh . i got real tired of getting talked down to and belittled . i actually turned the land down for zero rent.
