Subject: Re: Dry Fertilizer again Planting

We have been using a gravity box for about 10 years now and really like it. Before the planting season I "paint" used oil into the seams and corners. this seems to help alot with keeping it from rusting also a good paint job helps. I like the graphite based Slipplate paint, it helps the fertilizer slide out better. After I'm done with the fert. I power wash it very good and "paint" another coat of oil on it. We have been using ours for 10 years or so and there is very little rust.
