Subject: I am a landowner , I inherited it,

I only rent cash with rent due first of march. There is no shartage of farmers who will pay top dollar. Yes I also like to see newer equipment all the same color. , red, green or whatever is fine. My renter has 2 peterbilt trucks, they look good. chromed and are clean. I see some of the older truck others use like freighliner,macs fords and it don't look like they ever wash or wax them. I suppose they get the job done but like a ugly or mean or fat wife also gets the job done. i realize there ain't enough good looking women for every man but there are lots of peterbilts or kenworths and just about every store has car wax. Looks tell me if one is sloppy/lazy or neat trim and clean. I keep myself in shape and look down on those who don't.
yes I know its uppidty but there is nothing wrong with american pride .. Some farmers look /dress /talk like they live in a 3 world country and that certanlywould affect onyones judgement of who get to rent land.
