I seldom reply to a post such as this, but I have to say I have been around for a long time and never inherited anything. I managed to put together a operation that is reasonably successful.

I want to retire someday and found a young man that is the most competent man I have ever been around. He started out as part time help and is now a full partner. He will never have to pay cash rent. Farm on the shares. He will inherit what he helped me make! And something that money can't buy, A damm good friend! And, I don't give a damm if he washes the semi or not!
