Lapel, In | As far as the rent goes, I am not gouging anyone. I am a renter too, but if the tenant feels that way , all he has to do is say no ,thank you. He has already called and said the increase is fair. I hope you were kidding.I don't consider myself as being greedy. I want my fair share too, after all, I do own the land and could farm it myself if I so chose, even if it is 65 miles away.
By the way, the tenant is a rather large Indiana corporation and if I were a liberal , I would gouge him, since he has deep pockets and makes a lot more money thanI ever could . lol,bob | |
