| After a great evening of HS Basketball (we won!!), I had a chance to check out FSA terms a little bit on the web.
7 years, 15% Cash rest financed, 4.125% interest, up to $100,00 per operator.
Figure 2 years average production in bushels (not sure how?) less existing storage (do they count sheds??) = how much storage you can finance.
LOTS of details and HOOPs to jump through but I am going to check into this coming week at my local FSA office and will report back.
ps. If you have more than $100,000 deposited in one institution it would be wise to spread it around in my opinion. | |
