Glasgow, Ky | Having previously worked in industry for several years one of the most important things I learned was to openly gather information and objectively review it before making a decision. No matter what my personal beliefs or emotions told me I had to look at things from an overall perspective as to what was best for the company from a short and long term perspective. It was not about what was best for me personally and what I always agreed with.
