Did put some under loan 2 years ago and this year held till Jan 2nd so got lucky on some bushels.
My dad keeps reminding me "you didn't lose it if you never had it".
New strategy this year-locked in all inputs early-figured my cost of product, and divided into 12 month/high/low points and sell when any of the 3 hit. So far about 40% sold on 08 beans and 25% corn-looking not too smart yet but if they drop I know I have a profit "locked" in. Going to be disciplined and stick to my guns.....lord help me. | |
