Center of IL
Take a piece of baling wire, 8-10 in. Fold it in half, leaving a loop around a dime size or smaller, twist it several times then put it through insulator with loop holding insulator at small opening. Its best to put insulator on the straight edge and the notches on opposite side of post to help hold insulator. Tighten by twisting wire tight with pliers. Should hold a long time. Hope this helped.
