| Your looking at machines that are 20-30 years old so I would be looking for the simplest and cheapest machine to maintain. My personal opinion is that a 1460 is going to be alot more combine than a 6600 or 7700 for not much more money and it's going to be easier and cheaper to maintain. We've had both a 1440 (ran it to over 4,000 hours) and a 1460 (ran it to over 3,200 hours) and there would have to be a huge price difference for me to consider going with a 40 instead of a 60. I've never been around the Gleaner's but from what I've heard they would be my second choice. | |
