| Very little price difference in 4400-6600-7700. So if you go Deere you may as well go with the 7700-repairs for most stuff about the same as well-but will have less on 7700 than 4400 because you will put on less hours. Also not sure if you are 4 or 6 row but in todays corn a 7700 will handle that 6-row head a lot better than a 4400 or 6600.
Can't comment on other brands as I have always been Deere-primarily becuase any 30 year old machines need parts and Deere just makes the parts so darn easy. If I were closer to IH or Gleaner dealer that would play a factor and I may reconsider. | |
