I put plugs in my pocket every morning except Sunday morning. I use foam ones and put them in for nearly anything loud, ie. hammering, mowing, irrigation engines etc. Ear muffs get annoying after awhile. You feel much better after a long day if you are around noise and need them. Glad you brought this up!
