The arrangement would be that I seed the land and look after weed control for the first year.  They will do 100% of the harvesting.

 The seeding and weed control should cost me $45.00 the first year.

 The way that I have been looking at it is that if I break even or a bit more the first year, I 'm happy.  I make my money over the next 4-5 years.

 I just want to make sure that I'm not being screwed over.
