Three worst droughts for me were 1967,1983 and 1988. with 83 being the worst. Not sure the cycle is all that predictable.
On a side note, an old friend says whenever we have hit a new high , the price has always doubled from where it was. In that vein, corn has a way to go. Beans have pretty much gotten there.
