sw corner ia. | agree with the first part about selling when you absolutely have to, but purchasing must take place as far ahead of time as you can stand.
But biggest thing would be to get out of debt should this all go tu. This low interest thing will not last and when it snaps back It's going to be way worse than the 80's. too many guys thinking it is cool to have a debt/asset ratio of 2-1. Too much value to lose in the asset category. If I am wrong everyone will be happy. Lets hope. | |
