There is a difference between nameplated production and permitted production though.

The ethanol plant that I am invested in ran their nameplate 40mgy at a pace of 57mgy......they were permitted to 100mgy

Now they have expanded the plant to a 90 mgy are running at the pace of 120mgy and are permitted to150mgy.

Just a FYI: there bottleneck is their hammermill. Says wetter corn 15% slows the whole plant down.
