You need the 20sp to go 25 MPH. Have it in a 7210 and works well. To be honest the New Holland range command in the 60 and TM series is a LOT nicer to operate, but the 20sp powerquad works well. Even the JD guys here liked the NH transmission better for dumptrailer work.
