Ukrainian ministries have proposed raising current grain export quotas from 1.2 million tonnes up to 2.4 million tonnes. The original quota included 600,000 tonnes of maize, 400,000 of barley, 200,000 of feed wheat. Small, but within this irrational exhuberance, who knows?
