Haven't checked lately, when it comes to banking Im one of those loyal blind guys.   For better or worse, banker is one of my friends.  We talk about lots of stuff, but rates isn't one I crack down on.  He offers me much advise on things in our business. 

Am thinking its under 8% now.   (only input this year that has gone down)
