| I'm in your camp too on the bankers. Got a guy now that I went to school with and we get along good. Called him yesterday on a deal, talked over the financials a little and got the it set up over the phone. Now we just got to see if the other part of the deal works. Having somebody you can work with is pretty important. I gave him 1% over what I could have got money for on my pickup loan. He knows it too, but I thought it was worth it to have his cooperation on other stuff. | |
