| Start over here. 40 years ago, I used to fish in the Red Lake area a stretch north of International Falls. And am not a stranger to Minnesota. Are these going to be residential lots for: cottages, modular homes??? Or, near any water? County zoning? 5 acre lots? 1/2 acre lots? Type of utility service? Wives are key in such decisions & usually requires a 'kicking the tires' period of time for any decision. If my spouse wanted to attend a real estate lot auction, knowing how auctions can go sometimes, I would figure out some alternative entertainment for that day. If you are set on an auction, and were after some urban folks, I would shoot for the spring when the wives can usually drag us (husbands) out of the house to search for things to buy (unfortunately). | |
